I help music creators build profitable music catalogs, so they can reduce the financial stress in their lives.
(A letter to my fellow music creators.)
I am a Norwegian music creator, currently living on a vineyard in the south of France, where I also have my recording studio. I live entirely off my music catalog — a catalog I built solo over the past few years. I have created an online program dedicated to helping fellow music creators achieve the same level of independence that I have, by creating their own strategic catalog.
With 25 years in the music industry as a music producer, songwriter, manager, label owner, and publisher, I've experienced it all. I've written and produced #1 songs, I've managed artists, I've had a publishing company, been and IDOL mentor and I've even helped start an international music education (LIMPI in Norway).
Throughout my career, despite a deep passion for creativity, I constantly battled the financial stress typical for music creators. The unpredictable nature of the music industry often led me on a relentless quest for the next source of income. The next session, the next gig, the next project that would provide a cash injection.
Eventually, I decided to step off the traditional path and transform my life. There had to be a better way to live as a music creator! I embarked on a journey to discover innovative and effective methods to monetize both my music and skills.
During the Covid years, I created a a strategic music catalog. I wrote, recorded, and released a lot of music entirely on my own, and without any financial investment. As of today, my catalog is bringing in $50k per month and has earned over $1 million so far. My goal is to reach $100K per month, and I am currently halfway there.
